Shipping policy

At The Vinescape, every order is carefully inspected, securely packed and shipped to reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on Sundays and holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: up to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or other events outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp. You can also contact us for an update on your order at any time.

6. Secure Packaging

Every item is authenticity-checked and shipped in tamper-proof, secure packaging. Please do not accept a package that looks damaged or tampered with, and contact us right away.

7. Receiving Your Order

Please record an unboxing video when you open your package. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos so we can resolve it quickly. See our Refund Policy for full details on returns.

8. Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched.

9. Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the package is refused, the courier will usually try again. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may carry an additional charge.
