Refund policy

Returns

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, and authenticity cards, where applicable). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items without original tags or packaging
Innerwear, socks, and personal accessories, for hygiene reasons
Gift cards
Sale items (except if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card provider may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
